Road Patch
ROAD PATCH is a revolutionary polymer-based Asphalt product that can be used in all weather. It is strong, versatile and made of 97% recycled materials.
Unlike current hot mix products, Road Patch is cold applied meaning work can be carried out in any weather while producing significantly less waste as well as lasting longer than current asphalt products.
Compiled of 97% recycled materials, Road Patch uses millings and recycled asphalt from old roads that would otherwise go to landfill. Unlike other road products, Road Patch is polymer based, not emulsion based. This makes the asphalt repair material bond better and last longer compared to emulsion materials.

Path Patch
PATH PATCH, like Road Patch, is a polymer based repair product comprised of 97% recycled materials. It uses 100% of the old road, shredded tyres, and a balance of rejuvenators and stabilisers to make a Permanent repair product.
Path Patch is a much finer finish than Road Patch with smaller stones used for aesthetics and is often used for repairs, reinstatements around services and even laying new paths or cycleways.
Path Patch comes standard in a light Grey, but can be ordered in a range of colours such as Blue, Red, Black and Green.

How to use
Custom Mixes
With different Pigments we can actually make a custom mix of Path or Road Patch with our Recycled materials. It is often used for cycleways, bespoke custom paths and or landscaping. Independent contractors find Path Patch and Road patch to be a more affordable and easy to use custom option instead of hot-mix and resin overspray’s. It is also used as a hard landscaping product for high end contractors that have clients wanting a bit of colour in their clients premise.
Pathways, and driveways can be constructed easily with this mix, and even DIYers wanting to add a bit of colour to their driveway or backyard can custom order to their projects requirements.

Road Sealer
Similar to our Road Patch, but super-sized! Our Road Sealer uses the same technology and chemical make-up, comprising of 97% recycled asphalt. Formulated to be used on a bigger scale, this stuff can be used to lay a whole new road, cold-applied through a paver. Our Road Sealer is durable, resilient and reduces the mounds of waste produced by current roading techniques by recycling into new roads. Thanks to its revolutionary cold apply formula, Road Sealer can be used in wet weather and cold temperatures meaning higher productivity and less down days for the industry.
Road Renew
Our Road Renew is a top layer road sealant, formulated to protect, rejuvenate and extend the life of asphalt roads. No preparation needed, just spray onto the road to seal small cracks and improve friction. Our revolutionary formula also protects the road from the elements – water, UV rays and oxidisation. The road can reopen after 40 minutes thanks to our rapid curing technology, with the road’s life being extended by 8 – 10 years. The quickest, cleanest, most resilient road sealing product to reach New Zealand!
